Our Comprehensive Services

Our expertise lies in transforming metals with precision coatings that enhance performance, safeguard against corrosion, and deliver a flawless, lasting shine.

1. Electro Plating

Electroplating is the deposition of a metal coating onto an object by applying a negative charge on it and dipping it into a solution which contains a metal salt. The metal salt contains positively charged metal ions which are attracted to the negatively charged object and are “reduced” to metallic form upon it.

2. Hydro Chrome Painting

Our 2K modified PU coating system provides superior adhesion, high gloss, and long-lasting durability for hydro-chrome applications across various surfaces. By sandwiching the chrome film between specialized base and top coats, this system delivers a non-yellowing, mirror-finish look with exceptional UV and scratch resistance. Tint with our custom candy colors to achieve dynamic chrome shades.

3. Wet Coat Painting

Wet coating is the ideal finishing process for plastics, composites, and heat-sensitive materials that cannot endure powder coating temperatures. Compatible with waterborne, high-solids, and 2-component chemistries, it delivers protective and decorative finishes—including gloss, textured, or metallic options—with precise color matching and gloss control.

1. Brass/Bronze Plating

Though brass is a finish that has regained popularity in recent years, the company has been brass plating for many years before it came into fashion. Brass is generally used on light fittings, household fittings, shop fittings, staircase, etc.

2. Copper Plating

Our structural solutions, including custom staircases, handrails, balustrades, and canopies, are engineered for strength, safety, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring both durability and refined design.

3. Black Nickel Plating

Black nickel plating services is a co‑deposit of tin and nickel in a common plated layer. Black nickel plating provides a highly conductive surface and has excellent throw ability to plate uniformly on complex geometrics.

4. Silver Plating

Silver is a semi‑precious metal and oxidizes moderately. Being relatively economical than gold, it is best suited for low resistance electrical contacts. It is applicable on cutlery, keychains, gift items, candle stands, picture frames and jewellery.

5. Brush Gold Plating

Brush plating is a type of electroplating. Instead of dipping the part to be plated into a chemical solution, the solution is applied with a special brush. Electricity bonds the gold to the substrate. Yes, it is real 24k gold. Brush plating is an exclusive feature of Metal Coating LLC. Brush plating produces a harder gold plate and finer grain structure

6. Gold Plating

Gold being a precious and expensive metal is often used for plating of interior metals. Gold does not oxidize, therefore its electrical and conductivity remain constant. It is ideally suitable for electrical and commercial applications like keychains, gift items, candle stands, jewellery, etc.

7. Bright Nickel Plating

Nickel is a hard metal with satin to bright lustre finish. Nickel is often applied as an undercoat for gold, silver, chrome, antique and gloss copper.

8. Hydro Chroming

We have specially developed product for hydro chrome. This coating will give you a strong adhesive bonding of chrome on various surfaces. Applicable base materials: Glass Ceramic Sanitary ware Plastics Metal Decorative objects Wood Automotive parts.
